I love to go to Estate Sales. I never know what I'm gonna find. Sometimes the Estate sales have everything. It's like the people moved and left everything behind and other times, there are just misc. things in each room. I find half used boxes of wax paper, rolls of toilet paper, nylons, dishes, furniture, jewelry, books, photo albums. Get the idea? The Estate sales are great when it was an elderly person's belongings, usually they have passed on or moved in to a retirement home or in with family. I love old stuff. My greatest find was a Holy Bible, printed 1876!!! There are entries in the family section of births, marriages and deaths dated in 1829. There is a letter written on paper with the "Congress" embossed and the White House, dated 1886. It's from W. A. Noble to his brother and family.
I'm happy when I can inherit from others even tho I don't know them.
