Playing catch-up

One morning I was getting ready for my nail and pedicure appointment and I asked Derek if he wanted to go along.  I called and made appointments for him for a pedi and mani.  Kitt and the girls have heard me talking about my missionary son for 2 years and were so glad to finally meet him.  They love him and they had fun pampering him.

Derek spoke in Sacrament on March 20th and he did a great job.  I put together a Mexican meal for him to help him feel at home (Mexico home).  Friends stop by for a bite and a visit with Derek.  

Derek found his way out to the garage, away from the crowds and had fun with old Tonka Trucks.

Andrew and Jesse of course were there.

It's always fun with friends and family.  And good food also helps.
